A stingray

 Hi Chloe, are you still at your holiday unit? Is out good fun having a holiday there? We are still in the big River, there are no cars, no bridges and no houses here, just our boat in a big River. Today we saw the biggest stingray. It was huge. And it was eating it's dinner. It eats tiny little things that sooo smallllll that you can't even see them. It's name is a Manta ray and it's longer than pa Pete. I'll send you a picture love pa Pete

  Hi Chloe, today we're leaving the islands and going to another River. (Called port Clinton) Captain Benn said...  "there will be some windy days soon, so we don't want to be out on the sea. A lot happening on the boat

 Hi Chloe. Before we went to sleep I heard a blowing noise, I think it was the old turtle or a Dugong. It was too dark and I could not see it. We had a big dinner of fish and spaghetti. Early in the morning before the Sun came up, Captain Benn was awake, He said GET UP PA PETE, WE ARE LEAVING THIS BIG SAND ISLAND AND GOING TO TOWN. PULL UP THE ANCHOR.  Ok I said, but I want my breakfast. NO he said THIS BOAT IS SLOW AND IT'S A LONG WAY... WE HAVE TO LEAVE NOW.

We made it to town

  Hi Chloe, Captain Benn has driven our boat all the way to a town. We saw 6 whales on the way. We have tied up our boat at the marina. We use very strong ropes and Captain Benn checks to make sure that Brian and pa Pete have tied good knots. There's bridges and cars and houses and lots of people at this town. It's not ommie's town and it's not near your house. It's a long long way from my home. Today pa Pete and Brian will help Captain Benn clean up the boat.... It got a bit messy when we were out on the sea. It's been great fun on this boat with Captain Benn, but pa Pete and Brian want to go home now. We love our homes. Lots of love pa Pete
